Collaboration means fostering ongoing, open internal and client communication. Agile principles like frequent communication and iterative delivery are embedded in our work to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and uncover issues early.
Our typical cadence includes a weekly full-team meeting to discuss project status, share updates, and showcase progress. Clients can also join our daily development stand-ups if they wish.
To maintain a shared source of truth, we rely on a connected toolset including Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet. These platforms are fully accessible for clients to comment, edit, and stay engaged. For fast, informal communication, we invite clients into our Slack or Teams channels. And to enhance visibility, we often maintain a Project Dashboard—a live page that consolidates budget recaps and forecasts, work completed and planned, and progress reports.
Budget transparency
We follow a capped time-and-materials billing model and make budget management fully transparent. This allows us to discuss progress, opportunities, and potential challenges in a financial context.
We provide real-time budget reports and projections to keep everyone on the same page. Monthly invoices are rendered promptly and include annotated timesheets detailing staff contributions.
